1. No Returns or Exchanges for Innerwear

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for innerwear. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Exchanges for Other Products

For all other products, exchanges must be pre-approved by us before the customer sends the product back. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the exchange.

3. Return Shipping Costs

As we operate on minimal margins to offer high-quality products at affordable prices, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. All courier charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Video Recording for Package Opening

To assist us in resolving any disputes, we recommend recording a video while opening the courier package. The video should clearly show the unboxing process and the contents of the package. Claims of non-receipt or damaged items will be processed faster when supported by video evidence.
