At gangavathiexports, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on delivery timelines, charges, and more.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship all orders through India Post. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page, and we will look into the matter.

For orders shipped to North Eastern states and Jammu & Kashmir, please allow an additional 10 working days due to longer transit times.

Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a shipping charge of ₹80 will apply.

2. International Shipping

We also ship internationally. Shipping charges for international orders are extra and will vary based on the destination and weight of the package. If you are an international customer, please contact us at [email protected] with your selected product list. We will obtain the actual shipping charges from India Post and share them with you before proceeding with the order.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The estimated transit time for international orders is around 15 working days.

3. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a report with the courier service once they confirm the loss. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the courier package is damaged in any way, please do not accept it. Notify us immediately at [email protected], and we will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
