Shipping and Delivery cover the charges for internet order processing, packaging, transport, and handling. While we don’t guarantee delivery times, we strive to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed with Gangavathiexports late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges will be added to orders with Priority, Overnight shipping, or if we attempt to deliver your order more than once without success.
Delivery to addresses in the north-eastern states and Jammu & Kashmir may require up to 10 to 15 working days. Similar delivery timelines apply to interior locations.
Delivery to addresses outside India will incur international shipping tariffs. Please contact us to inquire about the charges.

For Innerwear: We do not accept returns for any innerwear due to hygiene reasons unless the wrong item/defective item was sent. This is to protect the interest of our customers.
For any other items: Merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
For any non-ordered/wrong items received: We request buyers to contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the goods if you receive any wrong items or defective items. Once our team investigates the issue, we will provide you with the return process if found genuine. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise should be returned via INDIA POST (Registered mode with tracking). Merchandise must be dispatched back to us upon confirmation within 3 days. We will reimburse the amount incurred for the amount paid to INDIA POST (Registered mode) upon successful receipt of the goods.
