Our silk sarees and handwoven products are crafted by artisans, and natural variations in colour, weave, texture, and size are inherent to handmade goods — they are not defects. Product colours may also appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before ordering.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Full payment must be received before order processing begins

• Eastern India and North India: Please allow 10–15 working days

6.4 Shipping Destinations

We ship within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

6.5 Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7 Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

• No Returns on Innerwear: For hygiene reasons, innerwear and intimate clothing cannot be returned or exchanged
• Wrong Item Sent: Returns are accepted only if we sent the wrong item
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

7.2 Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost borne by customer, unless wrong item was sent)
4. Our team will inspect the returned item

7.3 Refunds

• Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Final decision on refund eligibility is taken by our team upon inspection
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the wrong item was sent by us)

7.4 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8 Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

14 Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Davangere courts.

15 Grievance Officer

As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer for this platform:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
