• Eastern India and North India: Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery
• Other regions: 7-12 working days (approximate)

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Returns

• No Returns on Innerwear: For hygiene reasons, innerwear and intimate clothing cannot be returned or exchanged
• Wrong Item Sent: Returns are accepted ONLY if we sent the wrong item
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

6.2 Return Process

2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost borne by customer unless wrong item was sent)
4. Our team will inspect the returned item

6.3 Refunds

• Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Final decision on refund eligibility will be taken by our team upon inspection
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless wrong item was sent by us)
